Training sessions and development days
The central objective of meetings between Supervisoris and managers is to jointly solve the challenges presented by managers and then strengthen the development of him or her as a leader. Managers have the opportunity to deal with management issues of their own choosing. Our staff have a long practical experience and theoretical background in management and interpersonal interaction. In addition, meetings have the opportunity to look at working processes that can be visualized to find clear areas for development. On this basis, more detailed targets with measurements will be defined for the work processes. All this with absolute confidence!

Training sessions and development days:
We also organize customized training and development days, which are implemented by defining clear objectives and themes for the days, e.g.:
- Implementing the strategy in practical management
- The link between productivity and a motivated workforce should be cultured by the management
- Development of working processes based on LEAN- method
Training and development days are agreed on separately.
