About me

My way of working is very goal-oriented; I take and give feedback on cooperation and the themes to be discussed. The focus is always on the development of a manager in his or her work. In my work, I have encountered very challenging and traumatic situations in people’s lives. This brings perspective also to addressing management issues.

I have led the work of managers for over ten years and have worked as a supervisor since 2005. As a social psychologist, I look at leadership through interaction, group dynamics and the implementation of various basic tasks. My basic idea is that every manager should have the courage to take the leadership of the work community and the employees should in turn give it back in daily interaction.

Change management, challenging work community situations and the development of working processes are my strongest expertise.  I also have many years of experience in project work: project planning, management and effective implementation of different projects.
